Ley 4/2007 sets no protection distance, so an undeclared entorno is unknown extent, not absent extent. The Cartas' A/B/C grades are shown as the source publishes them and are not a legal rank: Ley 4/2007 disposición transitoria segunda gives those bienes the regime of bienes catalogados por su relevancia cultural, which requires prior authorisation (art. 50) rather than prohibiting works.

Cultural heritage screening on the island of Menorca: the location of béns d'interès cultural inside the study area or within 2 km, and overlap with the Menorca Talaiòtica zones. In the Illes Balears the declaration of a BIC is each island council's competence, so this layer states coverage island by island: a site on an island we do not carry is reported as not assessed, never as clear. The published register covers rural land only, so a result with no findings means nothing was found in what the Consell publishes — not that the island holds no protected asset. The Consell publishes no delimitation of any asset (all are points), and its protection perimeters exist but are withheld: they are published in a workspace that refuses anonymous requests. Ley 12/1998 sets no protection distance.

Cultural heritage screening in País Vasco: overlap of the study area with the delimitations of declared architectural and archaeological assets, plus the location of assets inside the area or within 2 km. The protection rank is in no field of the geoservice: it is read per record from the Ondarea register, which publishes the Ley 7/1990 figures Calificado and Inventariado. Only Calificado is classified as a severe constraint. A Zona de presunción arqueológica is not a protection rank but an area where remains are presumed and works require a prior archaeological study, so it is carried with no rank. The service publishes no entorno de protección layer at all, so that dimension is reported as not assessed across the whole community; Ley 6/2019 makes delimiting an entorno discretionary and sets no distance.
Cultural heritage screening in Catalonia: overlap of the study area with the delimitations of protected assets in the Catalan inventory — Bé Cultural d'Interès Nacional (BCIN) and Bé Cultural d'Interès Local (BCIL) — with their declared entorns de protecció and with the Espais de Protecció Arqueològica, plus heritage assets within 2 km. Only the protected subset is loaded: inventory records carrying no protection figure trigger no authorisation and are not included. Llei 9/1993 names no distance in metres, so no computed protection distance is drawn in Catalonia.
Cultural heritage screening in the Comunitat Valenciana: overlap of the study area with the 32 published delimitations of conjuntos históricos and parques culturales and with the declared entornos de protección, plus the location of Bienes de Interés Cultural and Bienes de Relevancia Local inside the area or within 2 km. The community publishes its remaining assets as points only, so their declared extent cannot be checked. Ley 4/1998 requires an entorno de protección for every monumento and jardín histórico, so an entorno missing from this layer means it is not published, not that it does not exist.

Cultural heritage screening in Cantabria: overlap of the study area with the delimitations of declared assets — conjunto histórico perimeters and assets with a polygonal extent — and with declared entornos de protección, plus the location of assets inside the area or within 2 km. The three tiers of Ley 11/1998 are kept separate: Bien de Interés Cultural, Bien de Interés Local and Bien Inventariado. Only the first is classified as a severe constraint; a Bien de Interés Local requires the Consejería's express authorisation exactly as a BIC does (art. 47.2), and a Bien Inventariado requires prior notification (art. 47.10). Ley 11/1998 sets no protection distance, so an undeclared entorno is unknown extent, not absent extent.
Cultural heritage screening in La Rioja: overlap of the study area with the delimitations of declared military architecture — castles, walls, towers and enclosures — plus the location of assets inside the area or within 2 km. The Gobierno de La Rioja publishes only this group of the Registro General del Patrimonio Cultural, Histórico y Artístico as geodata, so the community's religious, civil and industrial heritage, its conjuntos históricos and its archaeology are not screened: a result with no findings is reported as not assessed, never as absence of constraint. Ley 7/2004 sets no subsidiary protection distance and no entorno de protección layer is published, so an unpublished entorno is unknown extent, not absent extent.
Cultural heritage screening in Navarra: overlap of the study area with the declared entornos de protección, plus the location of Bienes de Interés Cultural inside the area or within 2 km. The community publishes no delimitation of the assets themselves — only their location and the declared perimeter around them — so a drawn site can never be shown to cover one.
