Terms of Service

By accessing or using Geovian™ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

Geovian provides automated, preliminary viability assessments for renewable energy sites in Spain, based on publicly available geospatial and regulatory data. The Service is informational only and does not replace professional engineering, legal, environmental, or permitting advice. Decisions based on the Service are made at your own risk.

Some features require you to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent security measures; (c) scrape or bulk-extract data beyond the intended use; (d) resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without written permission; (e) upload content that infringes third-party rights.

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, and generated reports, is owned by Geovian and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying public datasets remain the property of their respective providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal screening purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Data sources may contain errors, gaps, or outdated information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geovian and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
