Public comment opens on the 31 MW storage module of the Fraga I hybrid (Huesca)

The Huesca provincial service has opened public consultation on the prior and construction authorisation of the 31 MW storage module of the Fraga I hybrid installation in Fraga (Huesca), developed by Parque Solar Energy 01. Files G-H-2026-003 and IP-PC-0074/2026. Hybridisation adds batteries to the plant on its own connection point, without bidding for new access capacity.
