The Gipuzkoa territorial delegation for Industry, Energy Transition and Sustainability has opened public consultation on the prior administrative authorisation and the environmental impact statement for the «Clúster Eólico Hernani I-II» project: two farms of 4.99 MW each, using Siemens Gamesa 145-5.0 turbines with a 127.5 m hub height, sited in Villabona, plus the shared evacuation infrastructure, which also reaches Andoain, Urnieta and Hernani. Comments run for thirty working days from the day after publication, so the window closes no earlier than 2026-11-05; confirm the exact date with the delegation.
