Public consultation on extending the public-utility declaration of the Navabuena Norte wind farm (Valladolid)

Valladolid's regional industry service has opened public consultation on a request to extend the public-utility recognition of the «PE Navabuena Norte» wind generation plant, in the municipalities of Valladolid and Villalba de los Alcores (file PE-3 RI-48626). Public-utility recognition is the instrument that enables expropriation and rights of way over the land affected, so extending it reaches plots that were previously outside it: this is the objection window for their owners, and a sign the developer is closing out the project's land.
