Public consultation opens on the BADIL FV solar-plus-storage hybrid plant in Quel and Arnedo

La Rioja's Direccion General de Calidad Ambiental, Cambio Climatico y Agua has opened public consultation on the simplified environmental impact assessment file for the «BADIL FV» grid-connected solar-plus-storage hybrid plant and its evacuation infrastructure, in Quel and Arnedo, promoted by Rancho Luna Power, SLU (AT/0025726, EIA file 15/2026). Objections may be filed within thirty working days of publication. On the simplified route the file can be closed with an environmental impact report without moving to the ordinary procedure.
