Reboria 400 kV substation (Gijón) and its line from Cardoso go to public information

The Government Delegation in Asturias has opened public information, with an environmental impact study and a public-utility declaration, on two Red Eléctrica projects: the new Reboria 400 kV substation in the Gijón council, with ten breaker bays and a 400/230/24 kV, 600 MVA transformer bank (file 86-G/2026), and the new 400 kV double-circuit overhead line between the Cardoso and Reboria substations, in Carreño, Corvera de Asturias and Gijón (file 85-G/2026). Both appear in the 2021-2026 Transmission Grid Development Plan and their stated purpose is to improve security of supply in central Asturias. Comments run for thirty days from the day after publication, counted as working days under Law 39/2015 (earliest close, 19 November).
