Public interest declaration for the 5 MW PS El Pla solar plant opens for comment (Girona)

The Girona territorial energy office has opened public comment on the list of land and rights affected by the public interest declaration for PS El Pla, a 5 MW solar plant in Llagostera, and its underground 25 kV evacuation lines in Llagostera and Cassà de la Selva. The plant already secured its prior and construction authorisations in November 2025; what is now being processed, at the request of Alianza de Ingeniería y Desarrollo Renovable, is the public interest declaration, which carries urgent compulsory occupation of the land. Comments are open for 30 days from the day after publication.
