Public consultation opens on the utilidad publica of the Cinca 1 solar plant, in Monzon (Huesca)

The Servicio Provincial de Huesca has opened public consultation on the application for a declaracion de utilidad publica for the «Planta fotovoltaica Cinca 1» project, in the municipality of Monzon, promoted by Mowe Energia X, SL (file G-H-2023-010). A utilidad publica declaration is the step that enables expropriation and easements over the affected plots, so this is the window in which neighbouring landowners can object.
