Public utility of the Perales wind farm put to consultation (Palencia)

Castilla y León's Department of Environment and Energy has opened public consultation on the application for a specific declaration of public utility for the «Perales» wind power installation, in the municipalities of Perales and Becerril de Campos (file 34/ATCE/24). The public-utility declaration is the step that enables expropriation and the imposition of easements, so it is the point at which owners of affected land can make submissions.
