Public interest declaration for the «Turkana» wind farm opens for comment (Soria)

The Soria territorial industry service has opened public consultation on the application for a specific declaration of public interest for the «Turkana» wind farm, owned by Turkana Energy, S.L.U., across the municipalities of Nepas, Escobosa de Almazán, Nolay and Borjabad. A public interest declaration is the step that enables compulsory acquisition of land and easements for the farm and its evacuation, so this is the point at which affected landowners can object.
