Pre-occupation proceedings for the Santa María solar plant in Padul, Granada

The Granada territorial delegation has called the pre-occupation proceedings for the land and rights affected by the «Planta Fotovoltaica Santa María, Línea de Evacuación y Subestación Eléctrica» in the municipality of Padul, promoted by Alcance Fotovoltaico, S.L. (file E-4664). The project was declared of public utility by a resolution of 9 February 2026, a declaration that carries urgent occupation of the affected plots. This is the stage at which an evacuation route lands on specific parcels.
