Pre-occupation records for the Bichero, Bruma, Montería and Ojeador solar plants (Guadalajara)

The Government Delegation in Castilla-La Mancha has called the pre-occupation records for the land affected by the Bichero Solar (64.5 MW), Bruma Solar (70 MW), Montería Solar (55.26 MW) and Ojeador Solar (53.32 MW) photovoltaic plants and their evacuation infrastructure, in Guadalajara, Pozo de Guadalajara and Pioz. Pre-occupation records are the compulsory-purchase step that precedes construction, and the notice sets the place, date and time for owners of the affected land and rights. These are four separate PFot files, processed individually, in one area of Guadalajara province.
