Pre-occupancy proceedings for three solar plants totalling 273.92 MW in Santorcaz and Anchuelo

The Government Delegation in Madrid has called the pre-occupancy proceedings in the compulsory purchase for the Collarada Solar (50.24 MW), Popa Solar (61.12 MW) and Maladeta Solar (162.56 MW) photovoltaic plants and their evacuation infrastructure, in the municipalities of Santorcaz and Anchuelo (files Pfot-180, Pfot-181 and Pfot-185). That is 273.92 MW of solar across two Madrid municipalities. Pre-occupancy proceedings are the step immediately before the land is taken, so the impact on individual plots and easements stops being a list on paper and is recorded parcel by parcel.
