Pre-occupation proceedings called for the PFV Tordesillas 2022 solar plant (Valladolid)

The Valladolid territorial service for industry, trade and economy has called the pre-occupation proceedings for the land and rights affected by the works project of the «PFV Tordesillas 2022» photovoltaic generation installation, connected to the distribution network, in the municipality of Tordesillas (file FV-2580 ATCE-100). This is the step at which the plant's expropriation moves towards actual occupation of the plots, and where affected owners are summoned.
