Pre-occupancy records for the Santa María PV plant and its evacuation, Padul

The Territorial Delegation in Granada has summoned the owners of affected property and rights to the signing of pre-occupancy records for the «Santa María PV plant, evacuation line and substation» project, in Padul, promoted by Alcance Fotovoltaico (file E-4664). The project was declared of public interest by a resolution of 9 February 2026, and the notice publishes the schedule of appointments. Until the payment and occupancy records are signed, you may file written submissions solely to correct errors in the description of the affected properties.
