Initial approval for the special plan of the PF Bunillo and PF Baunatal solar plants (Madrid)

Madrid's regional planning commission has granted initial approval to the infrastructure special plan for the «PF Bunillo» and «PF Baunatal» solar plants and their evacuation and interconnection power lines, in the municipalities of San Sebastián de los Reyes and Algete, promoted by Taimir Investments, S.L. The decision opens a one-month public consultation, orders individual notification of the affected landowners and requests the mandatory reports, including one from the national energy policy directorate. The special plan is the planning step that allows the plants to be sited on rural land.
