Royal Son Bou solar park cleared to become a self-consumption plant in Alaior (Menorca)

The Balearic minister for Enterprise, the Self-Employed and Energy has granted prior administrative authorisation and recognition of public utility, for the purposes of the declaration of general interest, to convert the Royal Son Bou solar park into the IF Son Bou self-consumption plant, on plot 2910 in the municipality of Alaior, Menorca. The developer is Promoturist, SA. What matters to a developer is the change of purpose of an existing asset: the resolution authorises the park to serve self-consumption and grants it the public utility that goes with the declaration of general interest.
