HSF Cerro Gordo solar-plus-storage plant (2.5 MW) authorised in Carmona

The Territorial Delegation for University, Industry, Energy and Innovation in Seville has granted prior and construction authorisation to the HSF Cerro Gordo installation, owned by Sustainable PV 7, in the municipality of Carmona. The plant has 2.5 MW installed (2.54 MWp) with battery storage and a maximum export capacity of 2 MW, granted by e-distribución on the 15 kV busbars of the Cantosal substation, reached by a 325 m buried line. The file holds a binding favourable unified environmental authorisation report from July 2026. The project began as Cantosal Solar FV 1, of 4.99 MW, and changed name, site, technology and owner in 2024.
