Batteries authorised for the Ictio Alcazar II and III hybrids (19.96 MW each), in Alcazar de San Juan
Spain's Directorate-General for Energy Policy and Mines has granted prior administrative authorisation to two 19.96 MW battery storage modules, ALM Ictio Alcazar II and ALM Ictio Alcazar III, together with their evacuation infrastructure, in Alcazar de San Juan (Ciudad Real). Each module hybridises with the 47.19 MW solar plant of the same name that the BOE describes as existing, taking each installation to 67.15 MW. For anyone following the municipality that is almost 40 MW of storage now authorised, and the file is processed by the State.
