Entrecaminos BESS storage authorised to hybridise the Entrecaminos solar plant

Castilla-La Mancha's energy transition directorate grants the prior administrative authorisation and the construction authorisation for the Entrecaminos BESS storage installation, to hybridise the Entrecaminos solar plant (reference 2713/00007). Hybridising batteries onto an already authorised solar plant makes use of the grid access the plant already holds, without competing for new capacity. With the prior and construction authorisations granted, the battery module still needs its operating authorisation.
