«MSP 1 Pinella 3» distributed PV plant (2.6 MW) authorised in Vila-real

The Generalitat Valenciana has granted the administrative authorisations for the «MSP 1 Pinella 3» project, 2,600 kW installed, in Vila-real (Castellón), promoted by Mediterranean Sun Power, part of the Castellón group Elektrosol. The plant occupies 20,324 m², with 4,536 modules of 710 Wp and eight 300 kW inverters capped by Smart Logger control, and evacuates through a 20 kV underground line to an i-DE sectioning centre shared with the Pinella 2 installation, connecting at a single point on line L-15 ESMALGALS from the Bechí substation. Elektrosol's model is compact plants beside industrial estates and existing connection points; the company is developing a second project, «MSP 2 Antic», of 3,870 kW, in la Vall d'Uixó.
