Spain's Dirección General de Política Energética y Minas has granted Sistemas Energéticos Boyal, SL the autorización administrativa previa and autorización administrativa de construcción for the 5 MW «Boyal I» wind farm and its evacuation infrastructure, spanning Borja and Mallén (Zaragoza) and Cortes (Navarra). The resolution of 3 August 2026 also declares the project of public utility, the step that opens the way to compulsory purchase and easements over the land on its route.
