The Huesca provincial office has granted prior and construction authorisation for the 450 kW Balcencos solar plant, promoted by Expansion Areas of Cooperation, S.L., in the municipality of Huesca, file G-H-2024-003. The decision combines prior and construction authorisation in a single act, which is the step that allows works to begin.
