Caldes de Montbui tenders a 969 kWp solar complex with 1 MW of batteries

Caldes de Montbui town council (Barcelona) has opened the works tender for its solar complex on Calle Priorat: 969 kWp split between an 852.8 kWp canopy over a 238-space car park and 117.7 kWp ground-mounted, plus a 1 MW LFP battery container and a municipal EV charging station with four dual charging points. The budget is €1.90 million and the construction period two months. Bids run under a simplified open procedure until 29 September — an open contracting opportunity for installers and EPCs working in Barcelona province.
