Pre-occupation records convened for the Serón substation expansion (Almería)

The Junta de Andalucía's territorial delegation in Almería has convened the owners of the plots affected by the «Ampliación Subestación de Serón» project (file NI 4958/10753) to the raising of the pre-occupation records, on 4 November at 11:30 at Serón town hall. The prior and construction authorisations and the declaration of public utility were granted by resolution of 17 April 2026, and Edistribución Redes Digitales is the beneficiary of the expropriation. Raising the records is the step before works start; until then, submissions may be filed, solely to correct errors in the schedule of affected property and rights.
