Elawan Olmedo II solar plant's capacity corrected to 49.61 MW (Ramiro, Valladolid)

The Dirección General de Política Energética y Minas has corrected its resolution of 20 April 2023 (BOE of 8 May 2023) granting Elawan Energy Olmedo 2, SL the autorización administrativa previa for the «Elawan Olmedo II» solar plant and its evacuation infrastructure in Ramiro (Valladolid): the installed capacity of 50.064 MW should read 49.61 MW, a figure the resolution derives under transitional provision five of Real Decreto 1183/2020. It is an error correction under article 109 of Ley 39/2015, so it does not reopen the procedure, but it settles the installed capacity the project is authorised for.
