Strategic environmental decision on the plan to expand the Vila-sana biogas plant

The Department of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition has issued the strategic environmental decision on the standalone special urban plan that expands a biogas plant and installs a composting plant in the municipality of Vila-sana (file U24/051 - OTAALL20240103). As in Torregrossa, published in the same bulletin, the special plan is the planning step that allows the facility on non-developable land before the project's sectoral permits.
