More land declared of public utility for the 132 kV evacuation line of the Tabernas I and II solar plants

Almería's territorial delegation for industry and energy has published, by public notice, the resolution declaring of public utility an extension to the list of land and rights affected by file LAT 6860, the 132 kV evacuation line of the Tabernas I and Tabernas II solar plants, in the municipalities of Tabernas and Lucainena de las Torres (Almería). For anyone holding land along that corridor, the extension marks which further plots the evacuation route now affects; the notice opens one month for an administrative appeal and two months for judicial review, counted from its publication in the BOE.
