Prior authorisation refused for the «PSFV Arce Solar» hybridisation in Tíjola (Almería)

The Almería territorial delegation has refused prior administrative authorisation for the extension of the Arce wind farm with the «PSFV Arce Solar» hybridisation PV plant, applied for by Parque Eólico Arce, S.L. in the municipality of Tíjola. The territorial impact report found the proposed site insufficiently justified because a significant part of the works falls on protected land, and considered a slight shift onto unprotected ground advisable. The resolution refuses the permit for lack of compatibility with territorial planning rules, and an appeal may be lodged within one month from the day after publication.
