Prior authorisation refused for the 144 MW Alto Cabrera wind farm, between León and Ourense

The Directorate-General for Energy Policy and Mines has refused Enel Green Power España's application for prior administrative authorisation of the 144 MW Alto Cabrera wind farm and its evacuation infrastructure, in the provinces of León and Ourense. The resolution is dated 27 August and was published in the BOE on 11 September. Prior authorisation is the gateway permit in the state-level procedure, so the refusal leaves this 144 MW application with no administrative route forward.
