PSFV Pimienta solar plant (1 MW) in Diezma refused on physical-environment planning grounds

The Granada territorial delegation has refused Krenova Power 4 the prior and construction authorisations for the PSFV Pimienta solar plant, 1 MW installed, planned on polygon 15 of Diezma (Granada). The territorial planning report found the project incompatible with the Granada Special Plan for the Protection of the Physical Environment, because the unavoidability of a site inside a preserved zone was not justified, and the planning body repeated that view after the developer's submissions. The resolution waives enforcement of the deposited guarantee.
