Refused: «PSFV Colina Solar» hybridisation of the La Colina wind farm, Serón (Almería)

The Almería territorial delegation has refused prior administrative authorisation for the extension of the La Colina wind farm with the «PSFV Colina Solar» hybridisation PV plant, applied for by Parque Eólico Colina, S.L. in the municipality of Serón. As in the neighbouring Los Balazos file, the territorial impact report places the works inside the protected Complejo Serrano CS-3 Sierra de Lúcar-Partaloa of the PEPMF and makes compatibility conditional on the energy authority justifying the site. The permit is refused for lack of territorial compatibility; an appeal may be lodged within one month.
