Transformation centre for the Murillo I and II solar plants refused (Murillo de Rio Leza)

La Rioja's Direccion General de Empresa, Energias e Internacionalizacion has refused and closed the application for administrative authorisation of the transformation centre for the «Murillo I» and «Murillo II» solar plants, filed by I-DE Redes Electricas Inteligentes in Murillo de Rio Leza (AT/2548501). The resolution records that the authorisations for the parks themselves and for their evacuation infrastructure were already refused in BOR no. 147 of 4 August 2026, and that promoters Annapurna Solar and Marconi Solar have asked for their access and connection applications to be annulled. That withdrawal frees access capacity in the area.
