Advance deposits and land occupation for the Olerón wind farm, in Rois and Brión (A Coruña)

The Xunta has published the notification of the advance deposits, the occupation date and the start of the expropriation terms for the land and rights affected by the Olerón wind farm, whose beneficiary is Norvento, S.L.U., in the municipalities of Rois and Brión. Affected owners have 15 days from publication to agree a price by mutual accord and, once that term is over, 20 days to file their own valuation (hoja de aprecio). For a developer it signals that the project has moved into the land-occupation phase in this part of inland A Coruña.
