Advance deposits and land occupation for the Outes wind farm, in Outes and Negreira (A Coruña)

The Xunta has published the notification of the advance deposits, the occupation date and the start of the expropriation terms for the land and rights affected by the Outes wind farm, whose beneficiary is Norvento, S.L.U., in the municipalities of Outes and Negreira. Affected owners have 15 days from publication to agree a price by mutual accord and, once that term is over, 20 days to file their own valuation (hoja de aprecio). It is the second Norvento occupation file in the same DOG issue, alongside the one for the Olerón wind farm.
