Appeal dismissed against strategic status of the 10 MW Ferreret Solar plant, in Marratxí

The Balearic government has dismissed the review appeal filed by the Can Garriga owners' association against the November 2025 decision, published in the BOIB, declaring the 10,000 kW PFV Ferreret Solar plant on polígono 6 of Marratxí a project of strategic industrial interest. With the appeal dismissed, the strategic declaration stands and the project continues down that route, the one that gives priority to administrative timetables on the islands.
