Regulation and policy
Erro approves its solar by-law: on rural land, only for the locality's own energy needs
The Valle de Erro council has given final approval to the amendment of its by-law on renewable energy installations, which governs solar thermal and photovoltaic installations on both urban and non-developable land. On non-developable land it allows only installations intended to cover, wholly or partly, the energy needs of the locality or the municipality and of authorised existing buildings, and it refers to Orden Foral 64/2006 and the POT 1-Área Pirineo. No objections were filed during the public-information period.
