Extremadura authorises two 4.48 MW VLT solar plants in Cáceres and Casar de Cáceres

Extremadura's industry, energy and mines directorate has granted prior administrative authorisation to VLT Renovables III for «Cabo de Buena Esperanza 18», in the municipality of Cáceres, and «Cabo de Hornos 15», in Casar de Cáceres, both 4.48 MW installed and both decided on the same day. Each evacuates at 30 kV to the Otero 30/45 kV step-up substation, permitted as a separate project, and from there through shared infrastructure to i-DE's Los Arenales 45 kV substation. They belong to the same series as «Aleta 23», which the DOE published on 28 September.
