Public consultation on expanding the Sierra Costera 220/30 kV evacuation substation, Teruel

The Teruel provincial office has opened public consultation on the application for prior administrative and construction authorisation of the modified project for the shared evacuation infrastructure «expansion of the 220/30 kV Sierra Costera transformer substation», together with its declaration of public utility, filed by Molinos del Ebro, SA (files TE-SP-ENE-AT-2023-071 and DUP-T-2026-0004). Shared evacuation infrastructure is the point where several generation projects feed into the grid, so expanding it shifts the capacity available at that Teruel node; the public-utility declaration also opens the way to occupying the affected land.
