Public consultation on the 66 kV busbar coupling extension at the Badajoz substation

Extremadura's department for industry, energy, science and territory has opened public consultation on Edistribución Redes Digitales' application for prior administrative authorisation of the 66 kV busbar coupling extension at the Badajoz electrical substation. The project adds a coupling bay with two three-pole isolators and a 72.5 kV, 2,000 A circuit breaker, to improve supply in the area, and the notice states that no environmental impact assessment procedure applies to it. The file may be examined for thirty working days from the day after publication.
