Public consultation on cabling for a solar plant at Valdefresno (León)

Valdefresno town council has opened public consultation on the schedule of land and rights affected by an underground low-voltage cable run for a photovoltaic plant at Golpejar de la Sobarriba, as part of an application for rural land-use authorisation (file 126RE1233/2024). It is a small step but a useful one to follow: it signals a solar plant seeking land-use consent in that municipality and opens the window for affected landowners to respond.
