Public consultation on the BESS hybridisation of the Greencar 3 solar plant, Carmona (Seville)

The Seville territorial delegation has opened public consultation on the amendment of the prior and construction authorisations, and the specific public-utility declaration, sought by Green Ric Energy to hybridise the «HSF Híbrida Greencar 3» plant at Carmona with batteries. The storage adds 21,600 kW of power and 85,728 kWh of capacity, taking the installation to 45.635 MW installed with a 20 MW maximum export. Submissions run for thirty days from the day after publication, and the public-utility step carries a schedule of affected land and rights.
