Public consultation on the modified Los Vientos I solar plant (65.32 MWp), Alfamén and Muel

The Zaragoza Government Subdelegation has opened public consultation on AES Project X, S.L.'s application for prior authorisation of modifications, construction authorisation and a public-utility declaration for project PFot-1117 — the Los Vientos I solar plant, 65.32 MWp and 54.52 MW installed, and its evacuation infrastructure at Alfamén and Muel (Zaragoza). The notice says the modification responds to the conditions set in the August 2025 environmental impact statement and to sharing evacuation infrastructure with another developer, on top of a prior authorisation already granted in December 2025. Comments are open for thirty working days from the day after publication.
