Public consultation on changes and compulsory purchase for the 44 MW Acequia Solar PV plant (Guadalajara)

The Industry and Energy unit of the central government's office in Guadalajara has opened public consultation on the amended prior administrative authorisation, the construction authorisation and the compulsory-purchase (utilidad pública) declaration for the Acequia Solar PV plant: 44 MW installed (50.66 MWp) and 37.5 MW at the connection point, promoted by Acequia Solar, SLU. The change relocates the plant and its 30 kV evacuation line to the Taracena substation so that both fit the green-infrastructure plan the Guadalajara council approved in 2025, and it affects land in Guadalajara and Tórtola de Henares. Submissions run for thirty days from the day after publication (file PFot-602).
