Public consultation on public-utility status for the «Villaumbrales» wind farm (Palencia)

Castilla y León's environment and energy department has opened public consultation on the application for a public-utility declaration covering the «Villaumbrales» wind power plant, across the municipalities of Becerril de Campos, Perales and Villaumbrales (Palencia), file 34/ATCE/25. A public-utility declaration is the step that enables compulsory purchase and easements over the affected land, so it is the point at which neighbouring landowners become parties to the file.
