Public consultation on a manure-fed biogas and biomethane plant at Navalmanzano (Segovia)

Castilla y León has opened public consultation on the environmental authorisation application and the environmental impact study for a plant producing biogas and upgrading it to biomethane from agricultural and livestock waste —slurry and manure— in the municipality of Navalmanzano, promoted by Bío Montalvo. File 139-24-AASG is handled by the regional department of agriculture, livestock, rural affairs and environmental policy. This is the stage at which a third party can examine the project and file submissions before the environmental authorisation is decided.
