Public consultation on a biomethane plant from organic waste in Peñalba (Huesca)

The Aragón Environmental Management Institute has opened public consultation on the environmental impact study and the basic integrated environmental authorisation project for an industrial plant producing biomethane from organic waste in the municipality of Peñalba, promoted by Bio Goya, SL (file INAGA 500301/02/2025/00735). It is the fourth biomethane project INAGA has put out to consultation in a few days, after those at Bujaraloz, Lupiñén and Magallón published in the BOA on 15 September.
