Public consultation on the 150.8 MW «BESS FV La Puebla 3» storage module, El Cerro de Andévalo

The Huelva Government Delegation's industry and energy office has opened public consultation on Jinko Greenfield Spain 1, S.L.'s application for prior administrative and construction authorisation of the «BESS FV La Puebla 3» battery storage module, 150.8 MW, to be hybridised with the La Puebla 3 solar plant at El Cerro de Andévalo (Huelva). The notice states that Red Eléctrica granted the access and connection permit on 5 June 2025 and that the module falls under Royal Decree 997/2025, which exempts storage hybridised inside an already assessed project footprint from simplified environmental assessment. The notice gives fifteen days from the day after publication for comments.
