Public consultation on the 35.12 MW BESS Rey III Solar storage module, Carmona (Seville)

The Industry and Energy Area of the Government Sub-delegation in Seville has opened public consultation on the prior and construction authorisation of the 35.12 MW «BESS Rey III Solar» storage module, promoted by Villablanca Solar 1, to be hybridised with the existing 96 MW «Rey III Solar» solar plant in Carmona. It will evacuate through a 30 kV underground line and an extension of the Rey III-IV 30/220 kV substation; the stretch to Red Eléctrica's Carmona 220 kV substation is already in service. It follows the simplified route of Royal Decree 997/2025, with fifteen days for submissions from the day after publication.
